§ 6.2-72. Establishment of water resource protection districts.

Latest version.

The City of Lake Park's Water Resource Protection Districts shall include the following:
• Groundwater recharge area protection districts.

• Wetlands protection districts.

The boundaries of these water resource protection districts are shown on a map designated as "Water Resource Protection Districts Overlay Map" and are included as part of the City of Lake Park Zoning Ordinance which is on file with the zoning administrator's and/or his designee's office located in the city administration building. The map is hereby incorporated into and made a part of this article by reference.
